• Demand Forecasting: Work closely with Sales, Country Unit Logistics and key accounts to gather market intelligence, consolidate historical data, and monitor accurate monthly demand forecasts. 与销售、市场及关键客户紧密合作，收集市场信息，整合历史数据，制定并维护精准的月度/季度需求预测。
• Order Monitoring: Be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new orders, urgent requests, and order changes, providing reliable commit dates, and managing the order delivery process. 负责评估新订单、紧急订单和订单变更的可行性，提供可靠的交货日期，并管理订单交付流程。
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary supply chain contact, proactively communicating order status and potential delivery risks to sales and customers and collaborating on solutions. 作为供应链的主要联系人，主动向销售和客户沟通订单状态、潜在的交货风险，并协同制定解决方案。
• Production Scheduling: Develop and release weekly/daily production schedules based on the validated demand forecast and customer orders. 基于确认的需求预测和客户订单，制定并发布产品线的周/日生产计划，确保与需求预测及订单计划一致。
• Capacity Feasibility Check: Collaborate with production to validate schedule feasibility, identify capacity and material constraints, and provide early risk warnings. 与生产车间协同，验证生产计划的可行性，识别产能与物料约束，并提前预警风险。
• Production Monitoring: Track the execution of production orders, address disruptions promptly, and ensure on-time completion to meet customer delivery requirements. 监控生产订单的执行进度，及时处理生产异常，确保计划按时完成，满足客户交付要求。
• Inventory Strategy Execution: Manage inventory levels, set and maintain safety stock strategies, and regularly analyze inventory health to optimize slow-moving and obsolete stock. 管理液压阀成品库存水平，设定和安全库存策略，定期分析库存结构，优化慢动与呆滞库存。
• KPI Driven: Be accountable for tracking and improving key metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Order Lead Time, On-Time Delivery, and Inventory Days. 负责跟踪和改善关键指标，如需求预测准确率、订单履行周期、准时交付率和成品库存周转天数。
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve the end-to-end "Order-to-Delivery" process, and drive digitalization/automation initiatives in demand management and production scheduling. 持续优化从“订单到交付”的端到端流程，推动在需求管理、生产排程等环节的数字化与自动化项目。

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程、商务管理或相关专业。

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or master planning within a discrete manufacturing environment. 至少5年以上在制造行业的订单管理或生产计划经验。

• Solid understanding of the end-to-end process encompassing demand forecasting, order promising, inventory management, and production planning. 深刻理解需求预测、订单承诺、库存管理和生产计划的全流程。
• Excellent communication and customer orientation, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers. 出色的沟通和客户服务意识，能够熟练地与内外部客户进行有效沟通和协调。
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. 强大的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel及其他数据分析工具。
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of collaborating with global teams and customers. 具备流利的英文沟通能力（书面和口语），能够与全球团队及客户协作。
• Experience in hydraulics, drive & control, or related industrial products is highly advantageous. 有液压、传动与控制或相关工业产品行业经验者优先考虑。
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems, particularly SD/PP modules, is preferred. 具备SAP ERP系统实际操作经验，熟悉SD/PP模块者优先。
