We are currently looking for a full-time Order Manager (m/f/d) to actively expand our Operations team in Flensburg.

This is how You Make a Difference:
As Order Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all customer-related orders. This includes securing materialization and hardware delivery in coordination with our Project Management and Sales department. You will handle the following tasks:

• Recording, monitoring, and processing customer orders from start to end.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery by collaborating with Logistics, Purchasing, Customizing, Project Management and Sales.
• Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Surveilling and tracking delivery dates and components.
• Managing and maintaining order and customer data in systems such as ERP and generating reports for analysis.
• Identifying bottlenecks, analyzing trends, and developing strategies to improve the overall order flow.
• Participation in the creation of the backlog.

You are:

What you Bring to the Table:
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Order Process Management, Operations, or a comparable role within the industrial, technical, or production sector.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Nav, Dynamics) and the Microsoft Office Package.
• A fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
