Order Management Specialist
Working Pattern:
Full Time, Permanent
Summary:
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and supporting a smooth order-to-cash process. The main objective of this role is to achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets for order management activity. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and in-country teams.

Key Responsibilities:
To manage effectively designated teamwork-flow to achieve SLA’s and Targets
Input and process orders and returns with 100% accuracy
Review and validate orders for completeness, pricing accuracy and required documentation
Maintain and update the customer details, order notes, billing/shipping information; generate basic reports as needed
Serve as a primary point of contact for order related inquiries
To ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines encompassing ethical and financial rules.
Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation.
Qualifications:
1-3 years in order entry activity or customer service
Strong attention to details and quality oriented
Good communication and multitasking skills
Fluency in Dutch and English both written and verbal.

Ability to work on own initiative
Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible regarding working patterns
Familiar with SAP or others CRM/ERP systems
Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
Computer literate
