• Az ügyfél megbízásai, változtatási igényei, megrendelései fogadása és kezelése a jegykezelő rendszerben 
• Támogatás nyújtása a folyamat dokumentálási tevékenységeihez
• Határidők és az elvárt szolgáltatási szintek betartásának nyomonkövetése és ellenőrzése
• Adminisztrációs feladatok ellátása 

• Nappali tagozatos aktív/25 év alatti passzív hallgatói jogviszony
• Aktív legalább középfokú német nyelvtudás (B2), angol nyelvtudás előnyt jelent
• Jó kommunikációs készség
• Precíz munkavégzés
• Felhasználói szintű MS Office ismeretek (Excel, Word)
• Heti 20 óra teljesítése
