Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)

We are smartmicro, the leading specialist in high-performance automotive and traffic radar- and radar/camera hybrid sensor technology. We design, develop and manufacture high-tech sensors for autonomous driving, intelligent traffic infrastructure and smart cities. Your Tasks:
• You will work in our Order Management team
• Your tasks will include checking and entering orders and processing them in German and English
• Working closely with our customers and internal departments, you will ensure that deliveries are made on time
• You will organize shipping and customs clearance for national and international deliveries
• You will be responsible for invoicing orders

Your Strengths:
• Completed commercial training
• Initial experience in order processing is desirable, but technical knowledge is not required
• You have good MS Office skills
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• You also have a careful and independent working style and are a good team player
• Ideally, you have advanced knowledge of customs law
• Very good German skills are required, good English skills are also important
• A class B driver's license is required
