Role Title: Order Management Intern
Location: Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila (Hybrid)
About the Role:
The Order Management Intern supports the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation, review, release, and transmission of purchase and sample orders to the warehouse for fulfillment
Inspect and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Proactively communicate inventory status and updates to OEM and international partners
Support business operations, including special pricing requests, quotations, and freight estimates
Participate in weekly open order reviews and provide updates to internal teams and external partners
Document recurring processes to ensure continuity and ease of handover to backups or successors
Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes
Collaborate with the allocation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order allocation
Support the team with graphic design needs, particularly for marketplace listings and postings
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or a related field
Basic knowledge or experience in graphic design
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness and amenability to work on a night schedule and hybrid work setup in Silver City, Pasig
