This is a 9 month contract, based at our Porcari, Lucca site.
This pivotal position plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently managing intricate orders from initiation to final delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are comprehensively met.
Reporting directly to the Inside Sales and Contracts Manager, you'll collaborate closely with operational and engineering teams, providing timely order updates to our valued customers.
As a leader within this role, you will oversee a team of Inside Sales and Contract Engineers, managing day-to-day responsibilities such as task delegation, addressing escalations, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of forecasted delivery dates across the entire team. Your role will involve effective communication and negotiation with both external clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth deliveries and address any special requirements.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in high-pressure environments while consistently prioritising customer satisfaction above all else.
Experience Requirements:
• Degree in engineering disciplines or time served apprenticeship.
• Experience in a similar customer focussed position
• Must be able to understand Engineering drawings

• Must have the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Be a strong communicator both verbally and written 
• have the ability to approach challenges with a proactive mindset.
