This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Ensuring timely and accurate order processing

Collaborating with internal teams

Resolving customer inquiries

Contributing to key targets like inventory management and on-time delivery, while continuously improving processes

Qualifications for the Role

At least 2 years of experience supporting Operations.

Good level of English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus

Strong skills in Data Analysis & Reporting

Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset

Good written and verbal communication skills

Committed to HSE principles, risk reporting, safety standards, integrity standards and ABB’s core values
