About the Job

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team! Under limited supervision, this position will primarily be responsible for performing the physical tasks involved with processing of orders, product shipping and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment. This role is a full time opportunity, Monday thru Friday from 8:30am - 5pm.

What You Will Do

• Handle and store product in distribution environment

• Adhere to BCC issued compliance regulations

• Ensure outbound product receipt meets quality control standards

• Confirm order shipments in WMS

• Submit completed orders to Distribution Admin for manifesting

• Support Fleet Drivers with loading outbound orders

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of distribution experience

• Willingness to learn about Connected products and understand the industry

• Knowledge of software applications that allow for effective customer support, generation of reports and internal presentations

• Ability to identify and document problems related to the product, process, or quality and recommend solutions

• Self sufficient, is able to work with limited or no direction; can take initiative and provide the team with direction

• Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment, maintain composure in high stress situations and prioritize deadlines

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is: $18.00.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance

• Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift

• Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment

• Requires normal hearing range
