We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Execution Specialist to join our operations team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for executing client orders with precision and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure seamless order processing and settlement.
• Execute client orders accurately and in a timely manner using order management systems and trading platforms
• Monitor order status throughout the execution lifecycle and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Reconcile trades and settlements, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all executed orders and related documentation
• Coordinate with trading, settlement, compliance, and back-office teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Ensure all orders comply with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Process order confirmations, amendments, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail
• Troubleshoot order-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior management when necessary
• Perform data entry and verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Proven experience in order execution, trading operations, or a similar financial services role
• Proficiency with order management systems and trading platforms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and settlement procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, or similar financial data platforms
• Familiarity with settlement and clearing procedures
• Background in a trading or investment banking environment
• Knowledge of regional financial markets and UAE regulatory framework
