Duties to include but not limited to:  Knowledge of Independent Accounts, Buying Groups and National Accounts for the purpose of processing orders and entering data at a high level of quality and productivity.  Familiar with policy and procedures.  Work with Data Entry and Customer Service Manager to provide efficient, effective service

Responsibilities

•    Process daily orders timely & accurately through Oracle ERP

•    Meet defined daily line quota and accuracy expectation

•    Solid foundation of decorative hardware knowledge including customization based on customer’s requests

•    Knowledge of technical concepts related to the decorative hardware industry

•    Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.

•    One to two years relevant data entry and/or customer service experience

•    Intermediate proficiency with computers, keyboard skills, and Microsoft Office applications

•    Comfort and proficiency with Teams, Zoom, and remote work technology

•    Strong communication skills

•    Demonstrate outstanding data entry efficiency and accuracy

•    Schedule flexibility - occasional mandatory overtime may be required to support business needs
