Job Description

Master-Works is seeking a seasoned Oracle HRMS & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to ensure system stability, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements. The role demands strong expertise across Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (R12 / Fusion), combining technical depth with functional insight to deliver efficient, compliant, and well-integrated HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support Oracle HRMS & Payroll modules (R12 / Fusion).
• Conduct requirement analysis, gap studies, and solution design using AIM methodology.
• Develop and test APIs, reports, and integration components.
• Deliver end-user training, UAT, and system documentation.
• Ensure compliance with information-security and governance policies.

Requirements:
Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS / Fusion HCM implementation and support.
• Strong PL/SQL and system integration expertise.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Preferred Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist.
