We are seeking an IT professional who is passionate about the use of technology to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives on working across multiple teams, and can use technology to solve complex business problems. The role focuses on advancing the capabilities of our supply chain business systems using the latest best of breed cloud and edge technologies that are integrated as part of our broader Oracle ERP environment.

Job Description

• As a Business Systems analyst, you will work with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions as part of our major transformation program that includes major initiatives in Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and Transportation/ Logistics areas. You will partner with IT leads and vendors for implementing solutions in various supply chain areas.

Basic Requirements

•  7+ years of experience as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management Manufacturing modules.

• Highly desired 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion applications with PaaS extensions on Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB etc.

• Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance Supply Chain applications including On-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion cloud.

• Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.

• Exposure to Oracle On-prem or Cloud Trade and Transportation Planning modules is a plus.

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI studio and Agentic AI is a plus

• Hands-on experience with the latest digital technologies like Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage.
