Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Analytics Data Warehouse Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions for retail data. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Analytics, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Oracle Data Integrator, and strong data engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Data Warehouse & Analytics:

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Retail Analytics Data Warehouse solutions.

- Build and optimize dimensional models (fact and dimension tables).

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.

2) ETL / Data Integration:

- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

- Integrate data from retail systems such as POS, merchandising, and supply chain.

- Implement data quality checks and optimize ETL performance.

3) Reporting & BI:

- Develop dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).

- Create operational and management reports using BI Publisher (BIP).

- Translate business requirements into analytics solutions.

4) Data Engineering:

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL for transformation and performance tuning.

- Handle large-scale datasets efficiently.

- Apply best practices in data modeling and query optimization.

5) Operations & Support:

- Monitor data loads and reports.

- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience
• Oracle Retail Analytics
• OBIEE
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL
• Data Engineering skills
