Management. Key is they should have more experience in Oracle Project related modules compared to Oracle Financials. Candidate should be able to

Configure some basic data in master, transaction and setup level. Should have written and executed some of test scenarios via Manual testing. Prior knowledge on Configuration of instance & Testing of Oracle Project related and Financial module would be added advantage
