Shrikon is an IT Solution company headquartered in Dallas, TX.  It is founded in 2008 and operates in US, Canada and India. Sysha group offers a wide variety of services that include contract staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development, as well as outsourcing and consulting. Shrikon serves diversified client domains such as ecommerce, Telecom, Robotics/Drone and Financial industries amongst others.

 

 

 

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, and implement integration solutions

• Create and manage REST & SOAP Web Services, and develop APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems

• Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and middleware technologies to build robust and scalable integration solutions

• Develop and implement Oracle Cloud HCM, HR, and Finance integration strategies to streamline business processes

• Collaborate with HR, Finance & Supply Chain teams to understand integration requirements and provide optimal solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of integrated systems

• Design and implement data mapping and transformation logic to ensure accurate data flow between different applications

• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications and user guides

• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for integration development and testing

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features and updates, and recommend improvements to existing integration solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of integration solutions

• Provide training and support to end-users on integration processes and tools

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud
• Proficiency in REST & SOAP Web Services, and API development
• Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and Java programming languages
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, HR, and Finance integration strategies
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Strong knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques
• Excellent documentation skills for technical specifications and user guides
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification preferred
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud services (e.g., Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud) is a plus
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features and industry trends
