We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, reporting, and data conversion processes. This role requires a balanced blend of technical proficiency and functional understanding, particularly within Compensation and Equity modules. As part of a dynamic remote team, you will work on designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end HCM solutions that enhance HR system efficiency and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex HR technology challenges, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering high-quality, scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, HCM APIs, and related tools
• Perform data migration, transformation, and loading using HDL/SDL processes
• Develop, customize, and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Provide techno-functional support across Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Support Compensation and Equity modules with configuration and troubleshooting (preferred)
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet business requirements
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) where applicable for integration workflows
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and proper testing of HCM processes
• Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues across environments
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
• Prepare detailed documentation for integrations, configurations, and customizations

• Functional understanding of Compensation and Equity modules (added advantage)
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or MuleSoft (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting end-to-end HCM implementation and enhancement projects
