Our account managers and recruiters have over a decade of experience in various verticals. GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function. Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.
Perform accurate data entry of employee information into Oracle HRIS e.g. new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.
• Perform weekly audits of data entry, new hire information and various other data points
• Assist with records retention
• Assist with the on-boarding process by running background checks, collecting and verifying required new hire documents
• Assist with special projects as needed
Experience with high volume Oracle HR data entry in a fast paced environment
Experience with Excel and MS Word
- Strong communication skills
- Team player and desire to learn in a fast-paced organization
