Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Fusion modules according to client requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices and strategies for utilizing HCM solutions effectively.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of HCM solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
• Stay current with Oracle updates and features to deliver superior solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other business applications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Experience with HCM integrations and data migration processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
