We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design, build, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our international client's HR ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM modules, ensuring the platform meets business needs and runs smoothly.

Must have :

• 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development
• Good understanding of HR processes and data models
• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues independently
• Agile methodology
• French C1 / English B2

Nice to have:

• SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures)

This is a French speaking role, with close ties to teams in Paris, and working from 8:00 to 17:00.
