About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business processes and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS. This role requires immediate availability and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements related to HR processes.
• Design and configure Oracle HCM solutions to meet client needs.
• Implement and test Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle HCM configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with other consultants and technical teams to deliver successful projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM releases and features.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Oracle HCM implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS is required.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
• Immediate availability to start the project.
