Optimiza is seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to join our innovative team. In this vital role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that address clients' needs. Your knowledge of the Oracle Fusion stack will be key in facilitating seamless integration and customization to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring that the architecture aligns with best practices and client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications that fulfill those needs.
• Develop and execute complex SQL scripts, PL/SQL procedures, and data migration strategies to support application functionalities.
• Support integration efforts between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems using relevant tools and methodologies.
• Provide performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Oracle Fusion applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Document technical processes, application configurations, and changes made during implementation for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Oracle Fusion technology and industry best practices to continually enhance service delivery.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, including hands-on experience with modules such as HCM, ERP, or SCM.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts applied to Oracle databases.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies related to Oracle Fusion, such as REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of developing innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion technologies are a plus.
