Job Description

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle Fusion SaaS & PaaS applications.
• Manage integrations (APIs, OIC, DBCS, third-party systems) and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Support financial closing, payroll processing, and reporting.
• Handle change requests, testing, UAT, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation and provide user training.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of Oracle Fusion SaaS implementation & support experience.
• Expertise in Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, EPM).
• Strong in OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, ADFDI, HDL.
• Skilled in OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, FR Studio.
• Knowledge of workflows, security, RBAC, and compliance.
• SQL/PLSQL scripting experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM/Project Management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
