* Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing)

* Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g (BPEL, BPM, OSB, BAM, OSR, OEM).

* Experience in designing and developing applications using Java 1.6 and above.

* Experience using Oracle SOA Suite 11g framework for designed technical solutions based on business processes.

* Experience with design, architecture, development and unit testing of Java web based applications and middleware.

* Experience using BPEL and BPMN concepts.

* Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT and WSDL, SOAP/REST web services.

* Experience using Java web frameworks like STRUTS and SPRING.

* Well versed in scripting languages like bash/shell or Perl.

* Experience with Oracle 10/11g, MySQL 5.6 or Sybase database. Must have used TOAD, Sql*Plus, SQL workbench or similar tools.

* Oracle database programming experience is preferred.

* Excellent understanding of design patterns, object construction and application architecture strategies.

* Experience on multiple platforms, including Linux-based and Sun Solaris systems.
