Requirements:
· Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle FDIP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable FDIP configurations.

· Develop data pipelines and ingestion processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), BI Publisher, and related tools.

· Customize pre-built KPIs, dashboards, and reports based on client-specific business needs.

· Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live technical support.

· Ensure smooth data integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud and other source systems.

· Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution architecture artifacts.

· Adhere to Oracle best practices and governance standards for data and analytics.Lead the design and delivery of FDIP technical solutions for large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

· Architect scalable data models and data pipelines to enable advanced analytics and reporting.

· Engage with clients to identify KPIs and build customized dashboards and insights using FDIP components.

· Integrate FDIP with multiple Oracle Fusion modules and external data sources using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and OCI services/other services

· Mentor and guide consultants and developers; provide quality assurance and code reviews.

· Prepare high-quality documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and training materials.

· Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment of FDIP with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 3–10 years of experience in Oracle FDIP

· Experience with data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and performance optimization.

· Hands-on expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), BI Publisher, OTBI and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

· Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, or HCM).

· Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
