Education

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of development and design experience in Oracle ERP with atleast one implementation in R12.2
• Technically strong and functionally competent in Oracle ERP Technologies
• Minimum 3-4 Oracle ERP Implementations

Technical Skills

• Expert in OA Framework, PL/SQL, Workflows and Report Builder and BI Publisher
• Intermediate skills in Oracle Forms, Shell Scripting and REST services
• Basic skills in Shell scripting
• Experience in Tools like SQL Developer, Oracle Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports, Postman, GitHub, Discoverer
• Excellent understanding of Oracle ERP Infrastructure, Architecture and Network Topology
• Ability to integrate multiple systems with ERP using various integration patterns and technologies

Functional Skills

• Functionally hands on experience in Finance Modules like General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Ebusiness Tax, Property management
• Functionally hands on experience in Procurement Modules like iProcurement, Purchasing and Inventory
• Excellent understanding of Data Model
• Ability to configure, test and support Finance and Procurement Modules
• Troubleshoot and Resolve assigned Problem tickets

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Functional Consultant to serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our enterprise Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. You will play a critical governance role, overseeing the solution design delivered by our implementation partner to ensure it meets global compliance standards. Post-implementation, you will assume full ownership of the application, managing enhancements, quarterly updates, and the long-term financial architecture.
