As an Oracle EPM Consultant at Nvelup Consulting, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze their financial and operational data, and design EPM solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design Oracle EPM solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement one or more of the following Oracle EPM applications, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Close Management (FCM), Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS, PBCS) and other related modules.
• Provide expertise in data integration, data mapping, and data validation between EPM applications and external systems.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to clients to ensure effective utilization of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM applications, and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing one or more of the following Oracle EPM solutions, including Hyperion Planning, HFM, FCM, E/PBCS, FCCS, and other related modules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, financial reporting, and consolidation.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and on-premises implementations.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle EPM applications, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Oracle EPM certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist, are a plus.
