About the Role

As a Senior Oracle Fusion Architect, you will spearhead the design and implementation of scalable Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, focusing on Finance and other business domains. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architecture aligns with business strategies and supports ongoing growth. This role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into secure, high-performance designs and resolving cross-functional design challenges.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, with a strong focus on FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EPCM, and EDMCS implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective, secure, and scalable EPM architectures.
• Guide and mentor build teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality EPM solutions.
• Address and resolve cross-functional and cross-module design challenges within the Oracle Cloud EPM suite.
• Engage in hands-on integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs, particularly for complex, multi-country rollouts.
• Implement and maintain robust data governance standards across all EPM processes.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the EPM architecture aligns with overarching business strategy and growth objectives.

Requirements:
Required Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, including multiple successful implementations of FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EPCM, and EDMCS.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building robust data integrations.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and experience designing secure, scalable systems.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring technical teams and resolving intricate design issues.
• A background in financial projects or a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with large-scale, complex, multi-country rollouts.
• Previous work experience in a Fortune 500 or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Additional Oracle Cloud certifications in EPM or related fields.

Engagement Details

• Commitment Type: Full-time
• Duration: 6-12 months with the possibility of extension
• Location: Remote, with a requirement for at least 4 hours of overlap with the client's timezone (Eastern Standard Time).
• Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible.
