Oracle EBS Financial Functional

Talent Worx is looking for an Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite to provide strategic implementation, configuration, and support for financial modules. You will help organizations streamline their financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements, deliver training, and ensure the successful adoption of Oracle financial solutions. By utilizing your understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, you will enable businesses to achieve their financial goals and maintain compliance.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle EBS Financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Oracle EBS framework.
• Provide functional expertise during system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting exercises.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of the financial modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes with other business areas.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration documents.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial modules and best practices in financial management.
• Proficient understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Certification in Oracle Financials is a plus.
