Role Overview:
The Oracle E-Business Suite Developer – Financial Modules Specialist is responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications focused on Financial modules. This role works closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that fulfill business requirements and enhance Oracle Financials system performance.
Requirements:
• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS solutions for Financial modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Purchasing (PO)
iExpenses
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Design and develop:
Custom Reports using XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
Oracle Reports
PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers
Forms Personalization and Oracle Forms Customization
Workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder
Interfaces and Integrations with external systems
APIs and Open Interfaces
Data Conversions and Data Migration scripts
• Support system enhancements and troubleshoot production issues.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Oracle EBS best practices.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform performance tuning for SQL queries, reports, and concurrent programs.
• Prepare technical design documents (TDD), MD070s, MD050s, and support documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and internal control requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financial modules.
• Strong expertise in:
PL/SQL.
