Job Description
● Design logical Data Warehouse architecture and data model, implement physical Data Warehouse design (schema, indexes, partitions, etc.)
● Design solutions for a high scale platform processing of large amounts of data
● Assess and research current implementations of the platform and determine the course of action required to enhance the platform
● Develop new Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL database modules and code to support expansion of current oracle solution for business expansion.
● Work towards expanding our current data marts to enable data mining in broader across all our databases.
● Strong commitment to quality, documentation and engineering excellence
● Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and adaptability
● Experience in reverse engineering and understanding existing applications
● Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
Technology experience
● 5+ years of experience in systems development, including Data Warehouse development
● 5+ Years of Oracle in Unix/Linux environment
● Solid understanding of data warehousing architecture
● High proficiency in designing and writing queries, stored procedures, packages and functions in Oracle 11g or 12c
● Strong hands-on experience of scripting languages (Python, Shell or any equivalent language) is required
● Hands-on experience with Object oriented programming with C/C++/Java is a nice to have
● Background in payment processing industry or financial services industry is nice to have

Qualifications
● Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
● 5+ years of relevant experience
