As a Software dev Sr Analyst, you will lead the requirements solution effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to come up with innovative solutions to real market problems. You will work closely with Business requirements team, functional lead, and software engineers to develop new solutions and improve existing ones. This position reports senior manager of Development.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and Documentation of the Requirements

• Work with Business and solution architect team for reviewing the solution and see approval

• Execute Setup and Coordinate Execution of Setup

• Design Setup team Process Enhancements

• Support to other IT functions during development, testing and rollout

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in some/all of the following Oracle Apps R12 modules: Accounting and Receivables

• 3-4 End to End implementation experience of any Apps functional modules related to O2C

• Expertise on configuration of packaged applications

• At least 2 years of experience in configurations

• PL/SQL development experience

• Good understanding on GAAP and other global accounting principles

• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
