SonSoft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• At least 4 years of experience in the following areas :
• Expert level PLSQL development on Sybase 12.5,15.0 and Oracle 11.0.
• SQL Development -Understand business requirements and create data feeds for downstream systems, Ad-hoc business reporting.
• Performance Tuning-Tune SQL / DB parameters for aiding application performance
• Sybase DB Replication-Understand and resolve Sybase (master-master) replication issues
• Oracle DB Replication- Golden Gate/Data Guard and oracle 11g RAC Architecture
• Unix shell scripting, Perl-Work on Unix platform
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica.

• Ability to Take ownership of DB environments
• Ability to Plan and implement DB releases as per application enhancements
• At least 2 years of experience working on DB objects designing for incoming / outgoing data
• At least 2 years of experience working on Administration of DB Issues / provide technical help to support Teams
• At least 2 years of experience working on Database maintenance Device DB Capacity & Statistics collection plans
• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to Financial Services or Capital Markets domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
