Role Overview

ITHR Technologies is looking for an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Consultant with strong expertise in ETL design, data warehousing, and Oracle data integration technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.
Design and implement enterprise data warehouse architectures and data models.
Integrate data from Oracle Fusion / ERP data sources into analytics platforms.
Perform data transformation, performance tuning, and optimization of ETL processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate analytics requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality standards in analytics solutions.
Support deployment, testing, and ongoing enhancement of analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, and ETL development.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.
Proven experience in data warehouse design and data modeling.
Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion / ERP data sources.
Strong understanding of data transformation, ETL optimization, and performance tuning.
Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Knowledge of BI best practices and enterprise reporting frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
