Requirements:
Roles and Responsibilities

• Design elaboration and documentation.
• Salesforce design detailing – capturing design implementation notes against user stories/requirements for build purposes.
• Actively engage with architecture/solution teams on design reviews, key design decisions.
• Well versed with agile delivery methodology.
• Tools – Jira, Confluence.
• Telecom domain – BSS-OSS know-how, Telco Consumer Products and Ordering flows.

Salesforce skills (Proficient) – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries (erstwhile Vlocity).
