Your mission:
• Module Assembly: Assemble optical modules with mechanical, optical and electronic components, ensuring precision and quality
• Alignment & Adjustment: Align and fine-tune optical paths and components to meet performance specifications
• Production Monitoring: Track and manage the production planning of modules, proactively adjusting work flows as needed to meet deadlines
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues while maintaining a high level of ownership and responsibility for your specific area of expertise.

Your Qualifications:
• Educational Background: MBO or higher degree in Physics or Precision Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant Experience: Experiences as a toolmaker, watchmaker or in a similar role within the optics field is preferred
• Attention to Detail: Strong precision mindset with excellent attention to detail and a naturel affinity for optics and mechanical systems
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings related to optical module components
• Calibration Proficiency: Patience and persistence in performing iterative calibration processes
• System Understanding: Capable of comprehending the functionality of various optical systems and mechanical mechanisms
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English and/or German is considered a plus.
