We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Ops Manager to support the Founder’s Office in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure, discipline, and follow-through across daily operations during a critical growth phase.
The role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and changing priorities.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Founder & Executive Operations
• Own and manage the founder’s calendar, ensuring priority alignment, conflict resolution, and time optimization.
• Act as the central point of coordination for meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to enable founder focus.
Hiring & Talent Coordination
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain hiring pipelines, track candidate progress, and ensure timely communication.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with smooth interview logistics and process discipline.
CRM & Process Hygiene
• Maintain CRM hygiene using tools such as HubSpot.
• Ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
• Create basic operating rhythms and trackers to improve execution visibility.
Operational Discipline & Execution
• Bring structure to fast-moving workflows and ad-hoc priorities.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams.
• Support on-ground coordination and execution as needed.
Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience working closely with founders or leadership teams in early-stage or fast-growing startups.
• Proven ability to manage chaotic schedules and multiple priorities with precision.
• Hands-on experience with executive calendar management and interview coordination.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Working proficiency in Tamil for local coordination and on-ground execution in Chennai.
• High ownership, execution bias, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
