What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Work with different stakeholders in the company, such as Operations, BizDev, Product, Tech and Program Managers.

• Provide accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards.

• Analyze data, track operation performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends.

• Deliver ad-hoc reports and in depth analyses.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Degree in Industrial Engineering /Statistics/Software Engineering/computer science / Mathematics or another quantitative field

• 2+ years working experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent academic experience.

• Highly experienced with SQL.

• 2+ Experience building dashboards in with visualization platforms - Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.

• Experience working with Python, with focus on Pandas-advantage!

Soft Skills:

• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as business understanding.

• Strong communication skills, independent, proactive, detail-oriented with can-do attitude.

• Eager to learn and self-educated

• Working in an international environment, fluent English

• Experience with data modelling, BI/ETL development.

• Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery).

• Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies

• Experience working with operational KPI Metrics
