As an Opex (Operational Excellence & Development) Professional, you will be the architectural force behind our process improvements, owning projects end-to-end from initial design to warehouse implementation. You’ll leverage Lean principles and SQL-driven insights to monitor KPIs, measure cycle times, and eliminate operational bottlenecks. Working on-site at the warehouse, you will act as a bridge between data and physical operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering scalable solutions that align with our fast-paced business needs.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions

• Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation

• Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports

• Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team

• Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement

• Measuring cycle time of operational processes and perfecting them end to end

Expected Qualifications:
• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)

• Excellent level of written and spoken English

• Being comfortable with working full time at warehouse

• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills

• Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn

• Excellent at Excel and SQL knowledge

• Experienced in lean production and continuous improvement concepts
