Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad, trazabilidad y documentación en el manejo de componentes electrónicos, asegurando que los procesos asociados se ejecuten conforme a los estándares internos y normativos aplicables (incluyendo IPC-A-610 e IPC-7711/7722).

Verificación y Control de Materiales:

Ejecutar y controlar el proceso de verificación, horneado (para MSL 2-5), revisión y reetiquetado de componentes electrónicos.

Validar información en sistemas como SAP y sistema aduanero.

Inspeccionar físicamente los materiales y comparar datos entre etiquetas.

Generar nuevas etiquetas asegurando la correcta trazabilidad.

Gestión de Material Conforme y No Conforme:

Coordinar con almacén, calidad y laboratorio para garantizar que solo el material conforme sea reintroducido al inventario.

Segregar y documentar adecuadamente el material no conforme.

Procesos de Rebobinado y División:

Ejecutar procesos de rebobinado y división (split) de rollos de producción, especialmente aquellos dañados o defectuosos.

Asegurar la correcta trazabilidad y disposición del material.

Pruebas de Soldabilidad:

Realizar pruebas de soldabilidad en componentes sensibles a la humedad.

Documentar resultados y mantener trazabilidad mediante sistemas digitales.

Conteo y Corte de Rollos:

Ejecutar el conteo y corte de rollos utilizando contadora manual.

Garantizar la correcta identificación, manipulación y conservación del material.

Aseguramiento de Calidad en Línea:

Verificar que las características del producto y los procesos de producción cumplan con los parámetros establecidos.

Tomar decisiones sobre el flujo/destino de las unidades considerando criterios de calidad definidos y normativas IPC-A-610 e IPC-7711/7722.

Educación: Preparatoria terminada.

Experiencia profesional: Preferentemente experiencia en la Industria Automotriz de 1 a 3 años
