Job Summary:

Are you prepared to step into a role where your work drives a world-class impact? Baxter International Inc. is looking for an outstanding Operator to join our motivated team in Malta. Here is your opportunity to be part of a company devoted to the Mission to Save and Sustain Lives while working in a cooperative and inclusive setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure flawless operation
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance
• Accurately detail production data and maintain records
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements

Qualifications/Experience:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic mechanical competence and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts

Education:

• Minimum O'levels standard or equivalent
• Preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education, such as A'levels or a degree in a relevant field
• Ability to write and speak English, is a must

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is € 13577.20 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
