Job Description
Purpose & Key Accountabilities
Provide support for FTP operations and perform additional duties as directed by the assigned Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to FTP policies, procedures, and core values.
Perform work and operate all equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with relevant legislation, company, and site policies/procedures.
Provide general manual labour support as required.
Load and unload fuel trucks and tanks, including fuel delivery services within the community.
Interact professionally with community members while performing fuel deliveries, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
Shovel snow and maintain the yard in a safe and accessible condition.
Ensure all equipment is properly and securely stored.
Complete and maintain daily records and reports as required.
Work in an industrial setting, with preference for candidates who have experience.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Working Conditions
Industrial work environment, with exposure to hot and cold weather conditions.
Regular interaction with community members during fuel delivery and other customer service activities.
Occasional overtime may be required.
Qualifications
Previous, Operating or labour experience considered an asset.
Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly when working with community members.
Valid Class 5 or Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brakes endorsement.
