Operator - Folder/Press Brake

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 5:30 am - 2:00 PM - Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

Press/Folding Operator is responsible for safely setting up and operating the press brake to produce quality custom and stock trims for our steel building customers.  This role ensures parts are made accurately and to specifications for both quality and to the timely daily production level.  

• Setup and operation of press brake
• Read and interpret work orders & trim specifications
• Verify material colors, gauge, and dimensions
• Perform periodic quality checks
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety measures
• Recognize and report defects in workmanship, material, or machine issues
• Cross functional work with other machines in the department
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Communicate across departments in a larger team

• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Dependable attendance with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to grow within the area and the company
