Word onderdeel van Rotork – wereldwijd marktleider in intelligente flow control. Onze vestiging in Losser is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van handmatige aandrijvingen voor kleppen in de sectoren Oil & Gas, Water & Power en Chemical, Process & Industrial. Jaarlijks produceren wij meer dan 100.000 klantspecifieke aandrijvingen.

Wij zoeken een praktische, technisch ingestelde Assemblagemedewerker om ons team te versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afmontage en verpakking van wormwielkasten, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Plant werkzaamheden in overleg met de Teamleider Expeditie

Leest en interpreteert stuklijsten, werkinstructies en technische tekeningen

Controleert beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en verpakkingsmateriaal

Inspecteert gespoten onderdelen en bereidt deze voor op montage

Monteert mechanische componenten en voorziet producten van correcte labels

Verpakt producten veilig voor wereldwijd transport

Biedt producten aan voor eindcontrole

Pickt materialen uit het magazijn indien nodig

Kwaliteit & Veiligheid:

Visuele inspectie van verf en onderdelen

Meet onderdelen volgens specificaties

Onderhoudt gereedschappen en machines

Werkt volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en arboregels

Houdt de werkplek schoon en geordend

Functie-eisen:

MBO niveau 3/4 met relevante technische opleiding

Ervaring met stuklijsten en orderverwerking

Bekend met interne procedures en administratieve verwerking van goederen

In het bezit van een interne stapelaarcertificaat (of bereid dit te behalen)

In staat om leerling-monteurs functioneel aan te sturen

Nauwkeurig, leergierig en proactie
