The Operations Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on operational processes and product knowledge. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively operate within our organization and utilize our products efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, training facilitation, and product understanding. The Operations Trainer should be able to develop and deliver ECAM course content across lines of businesses for both standard and bespoke learning outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for operations personnel, covering product knowledge, processes, and best practices.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, documentation, and multimedia content.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Conduct onboarding sessions for new operations team members, providing them with a solid foundation in product understanding and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of product training into the onboarding process.
Continuous Learning:
Implement ongoing training initiatives to keep the operations team updated on new product features, updates, and industry trends.
Regularly assess and update training materials to reflect changes in products or processes.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from trainees and key stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of training through assessments, metrics, and performance evaluations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, operations leaders, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing among team members.
Support:
Provide ongoing support to operations teams by addressing product-related queries and concerns.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues and enhance product understanding
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field (Operations
Management, Business Management, Education, Mass Communications, etc).
Experience as a product trainer, preferably in an operations or technology-driven environment.
Solid understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Ability to adapt training methodologies to diverse learning styles.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
Has a strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships in order to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust based work environment
Strong problem solving, decision-making skills
