Operations Team Lead - Night Shift (D)

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Operations Team Lead to contribute to our Manufacturing team in Jackson, TN.  An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run a department of major warehouse activity.

 Schedule:

• D - Shift Wed-Fri 7pm-7am (every other Saturday)

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience with PC based applications
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operation environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Trains and develops hourly associates
• Acts as the department contact for all warehouse systems issues and questions
• Provides direction and leadership to associates
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department
• Researches issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions
