Job Post: Operations Team Assistant
Position Code: CHA-OPPT
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Work Hours: 5 days a/ week 4 hours a day. 12pm-4pm EST
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: $5-$6 per hour
About this Role
This role is primarily execution-focused, with clinical knowledge used to review work for accuracy, consistency, and clinical sense. The position supports a product used by registered nurses and patients, so attention to detail and basic clinical understanding are important.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute protocol and data-mapping tasks as defined by the Operations team
• Map symptom questions and answer choices to predefined clinical dispositions
• Review assigned mappings to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or unclear logic
• Flag areas where symptom questions or answer choices may need adjustment
• Apply clinical knowledge to validate that mappings align with symptomology and acuity
• Document work clearly and follow established guidelines and instructions
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across assigned tasks
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
• Nursing background (RN preferred) or strong clinical healthcare experience
• General understanding of medical symptomology and clinical workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and internal tools
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work with consistency
Clinical Review & Quality Support
• Use clinical knowledge to spot potential issues or mismatches in data
• Identify when symptom questions may be confusing, redundant, or incomplete
• Escalate findings and suggestions to the Operations team for review
• Support quality and safety without independently changing clinical logic

Communication & Collaboration
• Clear written communication for documenting findings and questions
• Ability to follow direction and work closely with the Head of Operations
• Occasional collaboration with technical team members as needed
• Open to feedback and process improvements

Basic requirements
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
