Operations Systems Specialist (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for a hands-on systems builder who thrives on creating scalable operational infrastructure. In this role, you’ll design and optimize CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth.

Requirements:
What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Design dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets to track revenue, forecast, and improve visibility
• Build automation flows using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
• Maintain clean data structures and enforce high data integrity
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve system performance
• Continuously optimize operational efficiency through automation and system redesign

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

• Experienced in building operational systems (CRM, automation, dashboards)
• Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, dashboards, Apps Script, data modeling)
• Hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Familiar with revenue operations (pipeline management, reporting, forecasting)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of system architecture

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Consulting or agency experience
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.)
• API integrations or programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.)
