The Role
We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a leading insurance brokerage firm, a full-time candidate to join the Head Office based in Tavros (near Kallithea Electric Railway Station), through a New Entry / Internship Program.
The role offers hands-on experience in business operations, corporate insurance processes, and operational support. It is ideal for motivated MSc graduates or final-year postgraduate students with a background in Insurance Science, International Business, or a related field, who wish to develop professionally within the area of corporate insurance accounts.
The position provides the opportunity to enhance your skills, actively participate in high-responsibility projects, and build a solid and long-term career in the insurance sector within a professional consulting and brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operational and business processes related to corporate insurance solutions
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for client portfolios and internal operations
• Participate in process optimization initiatives (operations, quality, workflow improvement)
• Support coordination with insurance providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to documentation, compliance and quality service monitoring
Requirements:
Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work in a structured, professional environment
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English
• Team player with willingness to learn and develop professionally
