Key Responsibilities
Facility & Operations Support
Assist with routine facility and office coordination tasks
Research vendors, gather quotes, and organize vendor and service information
Maintain facility-related documents, inventories, and contracts
Support operational changes such as office relocations, workspace updates, or equipment setups
Administrative Support
Create, update, and maintain workflow documents, checklists, and scheduling tools
Assist with daily correspondence, file management, and general task tracking
Draft and format internal communications, memos, and simple reports
Pull reports, organize data, and prepare basic summaries for leadership
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work across multiple software platforms; quick to learn new systems
Comfortable managing several tasks with guidance and clear expectations
Experience in operations, office administration, staffing support, or similar roles is helpful but not required
